"I launched Whitney Stern Jewelry Design in 2007 after being inspired by the incredible handmade artisan skills of indigenous women I met while living and studying in South America. I soon developed a passion for creating wearable art~ combining natural and organic materials with elegance.I collaborate my production with fair trade metal smiths in Lima, Peru and jewelers in Seattle, WA.I create textured, unique, and glamorous pieces that give allure to every sophisticated woman.

Customized jewelry design for any occasion is my specialty. My designs are instantly recognizable by the WS signature bimetals and sanded finishing techniques. I love contrasts, blending darks and lights and incorporating colorful natural earth stones that reflect the inner spirit of the person who wears them.

I pride myself on being a socially and environmentally responsible jewelry designer by recycling a majority of the metals and supporting ethical labor standards. I believe in conscious consumerism without compromising in beauty and style."
